WK Allround Masters 2024

Van vrijdag 1  maart t/m zondag 1 maart 2024 worden op IJsbaan Twente in Enschede de 32ste WK Masters Allround verreden. De organisatie is in handen van het International Masters’ Speed Skating Committee (IMSSC) en Masterscircuit Langebaanschaatsen Nederland (MCLN).

Leeftijdscategorieēn
Deze wedstrijden worden georganiseerd in leeftijdsgroepen van steeds vijf jaar (LEEFTIJD = leeftijdsgroep masters, vrouwen en mannen, ingedeeld zoals hieronder staat aangegeven):.

60 =  1.7.59 – 30.6.64
65 = 1.7.54 – 30.6.59
70 = 1.7.49 – 30.6.54
75 = 1.7.44 – 30.6.49
80 = 1.7.39 – 30.6.44
85 = 1.7.34 – 30.6.39 etc.

Afstanden
Vrouwen (leeftijdsgroepen 30 en hoger): 500m, 1.000m, 1.500m en 3.000m.
Mannen (leeftijdsgroepen 30-60): 500m, 1.500m, 3.000m en 5.000m.
Mannen (leeftijdsgroepen 65 en hoger): 500m, 1.000m, 1.500m en 3.000m

Voor alle afstanden wordt de kwartetstart gebruikt.

Iedere schaatser die de eerste drie afstanden heeft afgelegd volgens de IMSSC en ISU-regels mag de vierde en langste afstand rijden. 

Communicatie via de Sportity App
Algemene informatie, startlijsten, uitslagen en dringende boodschappen worden gecommuniceerd via de Sportity app. Deze kan gratis worden gedownload in de app stores en werkt zowel op Android als Apple-tablets en -smartphones. Het wachtwoord voor deze 32ste WK Allround voor Masters MAG2024

On friday 1st, Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd March, 2024, the 32nd Masters Allround Games will be organised at IJsbaan Twente in Enschede, The Netherlands.

IMSSC
This competition will be held according to the Regulations of the International Masters’ Speed Skating Committee (IMSSC) and the Regulations of the International Skating Union (ISU).  This competition is an event of the IMSSC International Masters’, the International ISU’s and the Dutch Ice Sports Federation’s 2023/2024 Calendars.

Age Groups
This competition will be organized in the following five-year age groups as indicated here under. 
(AG = five-year age groups Masters, Women and Men, according to their birth date, as indicated hereunder)

40 = 1.7.79 – 30.6.84
45 = 1.7.74 – 30.6.79
50 = 1.7.69 – 30.6.74
55 = 1.7.64 – 30.6.69
60 =  1.7.59 – 30.6.64
65 = 1.7.54 – 30.6.59
70 = 1.7.49 – 30.6.54
75 = 1.7.44 – 30.6.49
80 = 1.7.39 – 30.6.44
85 = 1.7.34 – 30.6.39 etc.

Distances
Women (age group 30 and higher): 500m, 1.000m, 1.500m and 3.000m.
Men (age groups 30-60): 500m, 1.500m, 3.000m and 5.000m.
Men (age groups 65 and higher): 500m, 1.000m, 1.500m and 3.000m>

Quartet start will be used for all distances.

Every skater that has completed the first three distances according to IMSSC and ISU rules is allowed to skate the fourth and longest distance.

Communication by Sportity App
General information, starting lists, results and urgent messages will be communicated to the skaters and companions via the Sportity mobile application. The Sportity App is available free of charge on Android and Apple systems and is compatible with both tablets and smartphones. It can be downloaded directly in the app stores.
